Data security
ConCord has multiple solutions to destroy confidential and protectively marked data. These solutions will ensure compliance to data protection legislation, governmental standards and the strictest security policies for data destruction.
Data will be removed through controlled processes and procedures with each item individually tracked through our IT asset management system.
Data Erasure
Products will be data wiped using either the world’s leading secure data destruction tool “Blancco® Data Cleaner” or by our own customized and approved data wiping software. Subject to safety testing and functionality checks this key task allows successfully data wiped equipment to be sold for reuse generating residual value.
Degaussing
Where hard disk drives and other magnetic media will not be reused, these are passed through approved degaussing tools which destroy all data and make reuse impossible.
Physical data destruction
ConCord Remarketing GmbH offers full safety in every aspect and when electronic data wiping is not secure enough we offer full mechanical destruction for all hard disk drives and other data media. This service is available on location ( On Site ) and of course at our facility as a RTD ( Return to Depot ) service including a detailed Data Destruction Certificate.
